Rocking Chairs.

Following on from the last post regarding the Gr8Dundrum Run, to date we have raised almost £1,200.00 for Action Cancer and I would like to just say a few words of thanks to those who sponsored us, those who helped during our training and those who came on the day for support and encouragement. It [...]

Recent doors.

We were commissioned to make a consignment of doors for a newly built house both internal and external. I met with my clients at a chosen location and was shown an example of an internal door they liked and so 20 in European Oak were made. The externals were made from Iroko to detail as [...]

With summer brings various vintage rallies and events and while after one thing and another with the David Brown 1200 it is finally ready (bar a seat) and hopefully we can take it to a few shows before the weather turns nasty. An interesting job came along by request to make a Clock tower for the roof of a carport and so being unusual we relished on the opportunity and feel the finished clock turned out well with the sides tiled in brickwork to suit my clients garrage and house. Thankfully we had a good spell of weather last week for the joiners to open the [...]

I have finally got around to posting a few pics of the Oak semi-elliptical sideboard I mentioned away back in my blog posting for July 2010, as you can see my client is making good use of it and it complements the Oak circular table I made for them just over a year ago which is [...]
