I make domestic and contract furniture and joinery products by combining traditional techniques with modern machinery to fulfil the design brief of pleasing, functional and practical items at an affordable price.

With a varied level of experience within the furniture manufacturing industry I have seen that traditional workmanship is greatly appreciated against the mass produced, cheaper and sub-standard items of furniture and joinery.

Since an early age at secondary school Drew has been greatly interested in woodwork and following his GCSE's he began a diploma in Furniture Design. This planted a seed to develop his skills further and after the diploma he progressed to study a degree in Furniture Production in England gaining valuable knowledge from a manufacturing aspect. On graduating from college Drew worked for several cabinet makers preferring the smaller scale workshop environment and gaining hands on experience. Then towards the end of 2006 Drew returned to his home village in Northern Ireland where he established his own business.

The natural world never ceases to amaze and stimulate my thoughts and actions, much of my material is sourced from such a beautiful environment we must ensure our impact on earth is kind to preserve a future for the following generations to enjoy.
